The villa, built in 2023, is located approx. 30 minutes' drive south of Lisbon in Amora in the district of Seixal.

In Amora you will find various local discounters and restaurants. If you love shopping, the large Forum shopping centre in Almada is just a few minutes' drive away.

The bus station to the beach is right in front of the house and the train station is just a few minutes' drive away, as is the motorway. Fonte da Telha beach and the surrounding beaches can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.

The house is located in a growing residential neighbourhood. The two-storey villa has an alarm system and 2 internal parking spaces.

On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, the open-plan dining and living room. A suite with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with WC, bidet and shower.

On the upper floor there are 3 suites with double bed (1x king-size and 2x queen-size) and 2 suits of them has a small balcony.  A fourth, romantic suite with king-size bed, with lots of privacy, is located in a separate building and includes a bathroom, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.

All rooms have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in the cooler seasons.

The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a coffee machine is also available.

The open-plan living/dining area is equipped with cable TV and W-LAN and a closed fireplace. Outside you can enjoy the private pool and a covered barbecue area with dining table.
